Responsibilities

• Drive team efficiency by introducing new technologies and best practices, including Cross Knowledge Training initiatives.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and make informed decisions about technology adoption, infrastructure, and cost optimization.
• Document and communicate architecture and infrastructure decisions to both technical and business stakeholders, ensuring clarity and accountability across projects.

Must-have Skills

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• Bachelor's Degree in computer science or related technical field
• 5+ years of experience in backend or full-stack development with Java as your primary programming language.
• Strong hands‑on experience with modern Java frameworks such as Spring Boot and Hibernate.
• Deep understanding of system design, data structures, design patterns, RESTful API design, and MVC or similar architectural patterns.
• Familiarity with version control (Git), DevOps practices, and cloud deployment (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Experience or knowledge of complementary technologies such as GraphQL, NoSQL databases, and microservices is a plus.
• A passion for technological innovation and continuous improvement. Experience or interest in media or journalism is a bonus.
