Responsibilities
- Leading a team of customer service professionals to meet and exceed targets
- Coaching, mentoring, and training team members to develop their skills and reach their full potential
- Taking ownership of inbound leads and converting prospects into long-term customers
- Building strong relationships with clients and acting as a trusted advisor
- Driving customer service excellence and setting the standard for the team
- Solving problems and providing tailored solutions to meet customer needs
- Collaborating with other departments to improve processes and client experience
- Creating a supportive and motivating team environment
We offer
- Base salary of €22,000 gross/year + up to €3,000 gross/year in bonus
- Private medical insurance
- Full-time 39h/week Spanish contract: Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00
- Fully paid training for the company and the products you will be working on
- A modern, centrally placed office in Barcelona
Qualifications
- You are bilingual or proficient in Italian plus Spanish, and fluent in English.
- You have extensive customer service experience in a fast-paced environment, with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
- You have experience leading and mentoring teams, and a passion for helping others grow.
- You are professional, organised, and able to manage both your own performance and the team’s.
- You are skilled in tracking KPIs, analysing performance, and driving continuous improvement.
- You have resilience, a competitive mindset, and a genuine desire to see your team succeed.
