A customer service company in Barcelona is seeking a Customer Service Team Leader to lead and develop a team. You will coach team members, drive performance, and convert prospects into loyal customers. Ideal candidates are bilingual in Italian and Spanish, with strong customer service experience. This role offers a competitive salary of €22,000 gross/year plus bonuses, medical insurance, and a supportive work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Leading a team of customer service professionals to meet and exceed targets
  • Coaching, mentoring, and training team members to develop their skills and reach their full potential
  • Taking ownership of inbound leads and converting prospects into long-term customers
  • Building strong relationships with clients and acting as a trusted advisor
  • Driving customer service excellence and setting the standard for the team
  • Solving problems and providing tailored solutions to meet customer needs
  • Collaborating with other departments to improve processes and client experience
  • Creating a supportive and motivating team environment
We offer
  • Base salary of €22,000 gross/year + up to €3,000 gross/year in bonus
  • Private medical insurance
  • Full-time 39h/week Spanish contract: Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00
  • Fully paid training for the company and the products you will be working on
  • A modern, centrally placed office in Barcelona
Qualifications
  • You are bilingual or proficient in Italian plus Spanish, and fluent in English.
  • You have extensive customer service experience in a fast-paced environment, with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
  • You have experience leading and mentoring teams, and a passion for helping others grow.
  • You are professional, organised, and able to manage both your own performance and the team’s.
  • You are skilled in tracking KPIs, analysing performance, and driving continuous improvement.
  • You have resilience, a competitive mindset, and a genuine desire to see your team succeed.
