Formación

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Native or high in Spanish, B2 in English.

Mission

The main mission of this job is to provide support to Eurofragance users, resolve technical incidents at the Facilities in Spain and support the subsidiaries, register them and carry out the correct follow-up until their resolution. In addition to the supervision and management of all the company's systems, infrastructure and security.

Functions

• Assembly, connection and configuration of new devices.
• Software installation and update .
• Support in telephony ( Voip ), configuration of printers and other devices.
• Security control of computer systems .
• Management of backup copies of current systems.
• Coordination and remote communication with the rest of the team and support in possible needs in other work centers of the company.
• Registration and management of incidents .
• Act as a point of contact with external and internal service providers.
• Administrator tasks for Windows Server systems and virtualized environments.

Requirements :

• Education : Bachelor’s degree in computer science or telecommunications
• Experience : minimum 2 years of experience in similar position.
• Languages : Native or high in Spanish. B2 in english.

Key Knowledge :

• Administrative tools : Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, File Server.
• Office 365 and Exchange Online systems.
• Networks, VPN, firewalls
• Monitoring tools : Desktop Engine, PRTG (similar)..
• Knowledge in Cybersecurity
• Cloud solutions (AWS, Azure)

Internal Interactions : Global IT team and IT Solutions Manager

External Interactions : IT services external providers

Occasional business travel when required.
