• Hands-on experience with hardware diagnostics and repairs.

• Provide first- and second-line support via ITSM and onsite visits.
• Triage, diagnose, and resolve incidents.
• Support onboarding/offboarding for accounts and devices.
• Prepare and support hybrid classrooms and events.
