Formación

What do we do?

The IT department is mainly responsible for supporting our employees, primarily focusing on our call center which operates across several time zones.

We are seeking a talented IT Support Technician who wishes to continue providing quality on-site or remote support to all types of users, equipped with the necessary tools.

What will you do?

  • Provide in-situ and remote support.
  • Manage equipment stock.
  • Prepare Windows, Linux, and macOS computers.
  • Manage user access to our platforms.
  • Support and check meeting rooms and events.
  • Learn about security and best practices.
  • Create documentation to assist users and the team daily.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience.
  • Basic networking knowledge.
  • Experience with Windows 10 and the Office suite; knowledge of macOS and Linux support is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Jira and Unifi is valued.
  • Fluent English level required.
  • Nice to have: CCNA, CFGM SMX or higher certifications, VoIP knowledge, experience supporting Call Centers.
