We are seeking an IT Sourcing Expert (xfm) for the IT Sourcing and Vendor Management Department at Sartorius Spain S.A.

In this global IT sourcing role at Sartorius, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to align vendor strategies with business goals and drive cost-efficient, high-quality IT outcomes.

• Develop and implement IT sourcing strategies for hardware, software, cloud services, and IT professional services.
• Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with IT vendors and suppliers to ensure quality, reliability, and competitive pricing.
• Negotiate contracts, SLAs, and pricing terms to secure favorable conditions and minimize risks.
• Analyze IT spending to identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or performance.
• Collaborate with finance and legal teams to ensure sourcing activities align with organizational needs and compliance.
• Stay informed on IT market trends, emerging technologies, and supplier capabilities to guide sourcing decisions.
• Assess and mitigate risks related to vendor performance, supply chain disruptions, and contract compliance.
• Streamline procurement processes using technology (e.g., AI, automation) and best practices to improve efficiency and transparency.
• Provide regular reports on sourcing performance, vendor metrics, and cost savings to senior management.

• Strong understanding of IT products and services, including hardware, software, cloud solutions, and managed services.
• Proven ability to negotiate complex contracts and develop strong vendor relationships.
• Proficiency in analyzing financial data, market trends, and vendor performance metrics.
• Excellent communication skills in English; German language skills are a plus.
• Experience managing sourcing projects with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Familiarity with procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
