Una firma busca un reclutador con amplia experiencia en perfiles técnicos y artísticos, preferentemente en la animación y VFX. El candidato ideal debe ser bilingüe en inglés y español, con una sólida formación en Psicología y habilidades excepcionales de comunicación. Formación

• Más de 4 años de experiencia en reclutamiento de perfiles de IT o artísticos.
• Experiencia en la industria de la animación 3D, VFX, o videojuegos (deseado).
• Excelentes habilidades interpersonales y de comunicación verbal y escrita.

Responsabilidades

• Entender las necesidades técnicas de los puestos y proyectos.
• Comunicar con los gerentes de contratación para cumplir con los planes de producción.
• Publicar descripciones de trabajo en sitios web y tablones de anuncios universitarios.

Responsibilities

• Understand the technical needs of positions, departments, and projects
• Communicate with Hiring Managers to stay on track with scheduled production plans
• Post job descriptions on websites and university boards
• Report on the status of selection processes
• Attend job fairs

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in recruiting IT or artistic profiles
• 3+ years of experience in 3D animation, VFX, or Video Game industries (desired)
• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or a similar field
• Experience in Recruitment 2.0
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
