Our goal is to strengthen the brand in Spain. We are looking for an expert to work as IT Field Operations!
What do you need to fulfill this job?
1.- Remote desktop support
- Provide remote assistance to end user via tools such as Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Intune, TeamViewer, or similar remote desktop platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software issues, configurations errors, and account problems that to do not require onsite intervention.
- Support incident triage, initial diagnostics, and ticket routing for efficient by Level 2 or specialized teams.
- Guide users through self-help and knowledge-base resource to resolve common issues.
- Ensure accurate documentation of all remote support activities and maintain high first-contact resolution rate.
2.- Technical and Onsite support
- Provide onsite and remote support Level 2 technical support for hardware, software and network-related issues.
- Diagnose and resolve incident involving desktop, laptop, mobile device, printers and peripherals.
- Perform systems installations, imagines, configurations and upgrades for and end-user equipment.
- Collaborate with global IT teams to elevate and resolve complex issues.
- Maintain and update local documentation, FAQs and technical guides.
3.- Hardware Asset Management
- Manage the full lifecycle of IT hardware assets.
- Use assets management tools (E.g. Servicenow, Intune, JAMF) to ensure accurate asset tracking and reporting.
4.-Field Services Operations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for onsite it support across the assigned region.
- Coordinate with vendors and logistics provider for device deliveries, repairs and returns.
- Ensure consistent implementation of global IT and security standard at all reginal sites.
5.- Process and Continuos Improvement
- Identify and recommended process improment to enhance to IT service delivery and asset managment efficiency.
