A tech-driven company based in Spain is seeking an experienced IT Support professional. You will serve as the primary IT contact for a remote team, automate workflows, and maintain our cloud infrastructure. Formación

• 3+ years experience in IT support, DevOps, or IT automation roles.
• Solid scripting or programming skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash).
• Strong experience with SaaS platforms and APIs.

Descripción del empleo

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary IT support contact for our remote team
• Automate workflows using tools like Zapier, Make.Com, or custom scripts (Python, Bash, etc.)
• Maintain and optimize our cloud infrastructure (e.G. Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Notion, Zoom, etc.)
• Build internal tools or lightweight agents using APIs and platforms like OpenAI, LangChain, Retool, etc.
• Implement security policies, manage access control, and ensure device compliance (MDM, SSO, 2FA)
• Provide onboarding / offboarding IT automation and documentation
• Monitor systems and propose scalable automation solutions
• Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Finance, Operations, and Business Development
• Enhancing current data management, ensuring data integrity, security, and performance.
• Leading and participating in IT projects, including the implementation of new systems, upgrades, and infrastructure improvements.
• Establish and monitor IT compliance protocols for third-party platform integrations (EU Portal, Swiss Innovation Portal, etc.), ensuring alignment with the different portal specifications and security standard

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in IT support, DevOps, or IT automation roles
• Solid scripting or programming skills (e.G. Python, PowerShell, Bash)
• Strong experience with SaaS platforms and APIs (Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Microsoft 365)
• Hands-on experience with automation tools (Zapier, Pabbly, Make, Retool, or similar)
• Experience building internal tools or agents using OpenAI or other LLM APIs a strong plus
• Strong understanding of security, compliance, and device management in a remote environment
• Fluent in English;
• French is a plus
• Based in Spain or with working hours overlapping CET
• Autonomous and willing to think creatively for different solutions.
