We are seeking a RBS EUR IS / IT Asset Maintenance Management & SHE Team Lead to join the IT T&P Department. This role involves working 50% with the Global Design & Build team on product development and 50% on implementation in EUR factories. You will manage IT products related to asset maintenance, including plant maintenance data, SAP Plant maintenance, and predictive maintenance solutions.
Key responsibilities include developing go-to-market strategies, ensuring product adoption, and delivering value. You will also coach and develop your team to support Nestlé\'s initiatives for simplifying processes and standardizing practices across markets.
