A technological innovation center in Spain is seeking a Retech Program Manager to lead the establishment and operation of a cybersecurity evaluation lab focused on IoT and AI security. This role requires a solid background in cybersecurity and project management, with responsibilities including overseeing certification processes, fostering partnerships with industry and academia, and ensuring compliance with security regulations. Candidates should possess strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with a minimum of 5 years' experience and a relevant Master’s degree.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in project management or cybersecurity leadership roles.
• Expertise in penetration testing, hardware security, network security, and AI-driven cybersecurity risks.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the strategic positioning of IoT and AI security testing, evaluation, and certification.
• Supervise cybersecurity evaluation and certification processes.
• Manage laboratory resources, infrastructure and technical staff.
• Establish partnerships with universities, research centers, and industry leaders.
