About Bridge the Gap Bridge the Gap is an innovation consultancy company that supports deep-tech start-ups to overcome the challenges they meet in the journey to market. We provide our clients with the following services. Public funds through European Programs. We prepare outstanding proposals for competitive calls such as EIC Accelerator, EIC Transition, EIC Pathfinder, Eurostars and Financial Support to Third Parties (FSTP). Private capital rounds. We prepare data room and facilitate the match with investors. Business creation and market validation. We carry out acceleration activities to support spin-off and start-up creation in the early stages, including hands-on development of technology roadmap, business model, commercialisation strategy and financial plan.

What are we looking for? A passionate person for science and technology who will lead and develop the complete process of high-standard proposals’ application to the calls of EIC Accelerator, Eurostars and FSTP funding schemes, including the following activities : Proposal ideation, coordination, monitoring and submission. Proposal writing, editing and proofreading. Produce high-quality scientific descriptions and impact assessments. Design technical projects, including defining objectives, work packages, deliverables, milestones, Gantt charts, budget and risk assessment. Co-create with clients the business plan and commercialisation strategies. Develop comprehensive and sound financial plans. Manage relationships with clients. Project management.

What requirements do you have to meet? Master’s degree in Engineering, Computing, Physics,Chemistry or Science. Previous experience in proposal writing and application in any of these programs : EIC Accelerator, Eurostars or SME Instrument. High proficiency in English. Artificial intelligence training : machine learning, neural networks, natural language processing, computer vision (valued). Finance and business knowledge, including MBA (valued). Capable of working under pressure. Strong analytical and well-organised skills. Communication skills. Customer-oriented approach. Eagerness to learn cutting-edge innovations in science and technology.
