A multinational consumer goods company is hiring a Transformation Engineer to lead complex projects and ensure compliance with management processes. The role involves project management from conception to delivery, coordinating departments and external suppliers, and implementing innovations for continuous improvement. Relevant engineering degrees and experience in the food sector are preferred. The position is full-time and based in Leioa-Vizcaya, Spain, requiring a flexible approach to working hours.

Lead the initial phase of highly complex transformation projects, from conception to complete structuring, defining the scope, key phases, resource planning, and deadlines necessary to ensure successful execution. Complete this work by transferring the project to the Project Leader, ensuring that it is delivered with solid, realistic planning aligned with the time and cost objectives defined by the organization. You will be the person responsible for keeping the list of future projects up to date, studying and analyzing them.
