• 5+ years of experience in IDP, OCR, NLP/ML, or automation-driven process transformation.
• Proven experience leading client-facing projects within consulting or professional services.
• Confident in English and Spanish; other languages are a plus.
• Willingness to mentor junior developers and contribute to capability building across the team.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of IDP initiatives including design, implementation, and optimization.
• Architect IDP solutions using platforms like UiPath and ABBYY.
• Contribute to pre-sales by shaping proposals and defining solution architectures.
