Responsibilities
- Oversee operational management of company identities and IT system access authorizations, ensuring regular and governance-compliant certification.
- Drive continuous standardization, optimization, and automation of IAM processes and methods, ensuring their mapping in the IAM system.
- Monitor compliance with defined permissions in sensitive areas (privileged access) according to the "need to know" principle.
- Advise operational departments on risk identification and mitigation in authorization concepts.
- Collaborate closely with business areas including information security, risk management, compliance, data protection, legal, HR, and IT system administrators.
- Define roles and permission levels for support teams involved in service support models.
- Review and reply to customer comments through various communication channels (e.g., Intranet).
- Approve changes presented in CAB meetings related to identities and access.
- Share business and customer challenges with the Service Delivery team and contribute to continuous improvement.
Your Profile / Qualifications

- Experience with Omada Identity and BeyondTrust product suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical discipline.
- IT Security Certifications advantageous (e.g., ITIL, COBIT, CISA).
- 5+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management.
- Extensive experience in designing and implementing role-based authorization models in IAM systems.
- Experience with authorization and authentication procedures for networks, computers, and applications.
- Strong know-how in managing access permissions in Microsoft Active Directory / Azure and SAP.
- Experience in O365 and Azure Security.
- Familiarity with security standards such as ISO, PCI, HIPAA, and SOX.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; English required, local language is a plus.
- Strong analytical ability, business acumen, and problem-solving skills.
