A leading pharmaceutical company is seeking an Accountant based in Madrid. This role focuses on supporting financial planning, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and fulfilling compliance responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Business or Accounting, at least two years of relevant experience, and strong skills in SAP and Excel. Fluency in English and Spanish is required. It’s a full-time position with no remote work options available, promoting an inclusive work environment.

Formación

• At least 2 years of experience in accounting ideally within a multinational environment.
• Ability to oversee monthly P&L and balance sheet activities.
• Experience collaborating with tax advisors or external accounting partners.

Responsabilidades

• Perform monthly closing activities for accurate financial reporting.
• Prepare and review monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
• Support budgeting and forecasting including variance and cluster financial analysis.

Conocimientos

Strong accounting and controlling knowledge

Analytical skills and attention to detail

Fluency in English and Spanish

High proficiency in Excel

Experience with SAP

Educación

University degree in Business, Economics, Accounting or related field
