A global talent acquisition consultancy is seeking an HR professional to oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in HR, a solid understanding of Spanish employment law, and a university degree in a related field. This role offers a hybrid work model and a flexible compensation plan including health insurance and meal vouchers.

Formación

• 3-5 years of experience in a generalist HR role or HR Business Partner position.
• Proven experience across the employee lifecycle including recruitment and onboarding.
• Solid knowledge of Spanish employment law; Portuguese labor law is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure excellent end-to-end employee lifecycle management.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment and pre-onboarding processes.
• Support performance review cycles and goal-setting processes.

Conocimientos

Fluent English (spoken and written)

Spanish (native or full professional proficiency)

Analytical mindset

Comfort working with data and digital tools

Educación

University degree in Psychology, Law, Human Resources, or Business Administration
