Overview

We are looking for a People Partner with comprehensive experience in Human Resources, capable of acting as a strategic and operational reference for leaders and employees. This person will be key in implementing HR policies, supporting leadership, and fostering a healthy work environment aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic HR Partnership - Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, anticipating needs and proposing tailored solutions that drive organizational success. Proactively contact and advise managers, identifying needs and guiding them through effective people management. Provide training and coaching to managers to strengthen leadership capabilities. Co-design, implement, and maintain core HR processes, creating guidelines and providing local direction on HR policies and practices in partnership with other People departments.
  • Employee Relations & Labor Compliance - Advise employees and managers on labor relations, internal policies, and HR procedures. Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws and ethical standards. Partner with managers and Legal to resolve employee conflicts, including disciplinary actions. Mediate labor conflicts and promote fair, constructive resolutions. Act as the primary HR point of contact, interacting with employees on their day-to-day HR needs.
  • Talent Management & Development - Guide performance evaluation processes, leadership development programs, and action plans. Promote and facilitate professional development initiatives, including training, mentoring, and career pathing. Support compensation and benefits reviews, ensuring market competitiveness and internal equity. Support the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding, and conducting exit interviews to inform retention strategies.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding - Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to attract, assess, and hire top-tier talent. Support the selection process and conduct interviews, ensuring alignment with SLAs and a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Organizational Design & Change Management - Handle, implement, and update organizational changes and maintain the positions database in collaboration with Strategic PBLs and the business. Contribute to change management efforts, supporting leaders and teams through organizational transformations.
  • HR Operations & Systems - Launch and manage the first steps of HR field actions, providing accurate data inputs and triggering appropriate system measures. Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in HR systems, supporting data-driven decision-making. Coordinate with other HR functions to deliver a seamless and consistent employee experience.
  • HR Programs & Processes - Coach management in the roll-out of HR cycles (e.g., salary review, performance management, development, learning). Lead and support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives, fostering a workplace where all individuals feel valued.
  • Analytics & Projects - Perform data analysis to understand impacts and contribute to decision-making with Strategic PBLs and business leaders. Work proactively on ongoing HR projects and initiatives, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
What you need to succeed
  • Academic Background : University degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Labor Relations, Law, or a related field. A Master’s degree in Human Resources Management is highly valued.
  • Professional Experience : Minimum of 4 years of experience in generalist HR roles, preferably in international environments.
  • Languages : High level of English (minimum C1) and Spanish.
