We are looking for a PART-TIME HR Warehouse Manager to join our team. This key role will oversee HR operations for our warehouse teams in Alcalá de Henares, Madrid, and Casei Gerola, Italy , supporting a dynamic workforce of 60–80 employees .

Your Responsibilities

• Partner with Warehouse Management to ensure smooth hiring and workforce planning.
• Take ownership of all HR processes, from employment contracts to compliance and attestations.
• Provide outstanding people care to both warehouse and commercial teams.
• Oversee HR systems, including time tracking, personnel files, and reporting.
• Work cross-functionally in a matrix organization , collaborating with central teams and key stakeholders.
• Ensure full legal compliance, including health and safety regulations.
• Navigate and apply relevant Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs) .
• Work closely with centralized HR services to streamline operations.
• Drive HR initiatives and contribute to key projects.

What You Bring to the Table

• Good understanding of Spanish and Italian labor law , workplace legislation, and safety regulations.
• Experience working with work councils / unions .
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and assertiveness skills.
• Strong analytical and numerical abilities.
• A proactive, independent, and structured approach to work.
• High attention to detail, reliability, and ability to perform under pressure.
• A friendly, engaging, and professional demeanor.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications .
• Fluent or native Spanish and Italian , with solid English skills .
