Formación

As our HR Manager, you’ll help us build a workplace where people feel supported, valued, and empowered to do their best work every day.

What you’ll be doing

Talent Acquisition and Hiring Systems

Own the full recruiting cycle, help us find exceptional talent. Refine sourcing, screening, and onboarding processes to ensure every hire is aligned, supported, and excited to join.

Performance and Growth

Lead our check-in and review systems. Build fair, structured, and transparent processes that support high performance and career development.

People Operations and Documentation

Help maintain and improve internal HR documentation, policies, and knowledge bases. Help us scale with clarity.

Team Experience and Culture

Champion a respectful, inclusive, and feedback-driven culture. Bring energy to remote connection and help us build a strong sense of belonging.

HR Infrastructure

Design systems for time-off tracking, compensation review cycles, and async team support.

HR Team Management

Manage and mentor the HR team, supporting their development and ensuring alignment with company priorities.

Leadership Collaboration

Work closely with the leadership team to support team health, engagement, and hiring plans.

You’ll thrive here if you…

  • Have 5+ years in HR, People Operations, or similar roles
  • Have build People and HR from scratch
  • Have led HR or people functions in a remote or global environment
  • Are familiar with HR tech like BambooHR, TeamTailor, Wagepoint, Deel, Vacation Tracker, Waybook, or similar tools
  • Are experienced in recruiting, performance systems, feedback models, and documentation
  • Have strong communication skills and can coach, listen, and resolve conflicts with empathy and clarity
  • Care deeply about people and building long-term organizational health
  • Are organized, detail-oriented, and proactive - you don’t wait for problems to fix themselves
