A leading company in the tech sector is seeking an HR professional to support their Technology department. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR processes, payroll management, and experience in tech environments. Responsibilities include managing payroll, onboarding, employee engagement, and data management. This role will provide direct support to the Technology department in all HR administrative and operational matters, working with diverse profiles in a highly collaborative environment. Previous experience in tech companies or supporting tech teams will be highly valued, as it will help you better understand the needs and pace of the business.
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, hands-on professional with a broad understanding of HR processes. The ideal candidate is someone who not only has technical knowledge but also enjoys building from scratch, improving processes, and bringing in fresh ideas.
Accountabilities
This role may require travel and working from multiple sites/locations in Madrid (Ciudad Lineal and Camino de La Muñoza - Madrid).
