This role will provide direct support to the Technology department in all HR administrative and operational matters, working with diverse profiles in a highly collaborative environment. Previous experience in tech companies or supporting tech teams will be highly valued, as it will help you better understand the needs and pace of the business.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, hands-on professional with a broad understanding of HR processes. The ideal candidate is someone who not only has technical knowledge but also enjoys building from scratch, improving processes, and bringing in fresh ideas.

Accountabilities

  1. Payroll management end-to-end process: monthly preparation, validation, and coordination with the external consultancy and Finance department.
  2. Employee onboarding and offboarding: administrative tasks and design of a seamless and positive employee experience at entry and exit.
  3. Employee engagement support: operational coordination of events, on-site support, and contribution of new ideas.
  4. Training logistics: managing schedules, room bookings, invitations, HR presence during sessions, and ensuring KPIs are tracked and reported.
  5. Internal communications: support in campaigns and messaging with a strong focus on employee experience.
  6. Data management: keeping HR databases and employee records up to date.
  7. Talent acquisition: sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating recruitment processes, and sharing insights on hiring trends and new approaches.
  8. Employee support: first-line contact for queries in the Human Capital inbox; resolving or forwarding queries related to labour relations, internal policies, and procedures.
  9. Benefits administration: handling enrolments, terminations, and changes with providers.

This role may require travel and working from multiple sites/locations in Madrid (Ciudad Lineal and Camino de La Muñoza - Madrid).

Qualifications

  1. Education: Degree in Labour Relations, Psychology, HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally in small or fast-paced teams where multitasking is key.
  3. Solid working knowledge of payroll, benefits, and labour relations.
  4. Proficiency in Excel and data management tools.
  5. Strong verbal and written communication skills in Spanish (fluent/native) and English (minimum B2 level).
  6. Previous experience with tech teams or tech sector organizations is highly valued.
  7. A master’s degree or specialized training in Employment Law or Talent Management would be a plus.
  8. Minimum 1 year working with tools such as SAP, SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar.
