Role Overview

We are looking for a HR Director to take ownership of the company’s people function and bring it to the next level. This role combines strategy and operations: from designing processes and implementing systems to shaping the HR brand and supporting leadership in building a high-performing organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and roll out HR processes across recruitment, onboarding, retention, and performance.
  • Build and promote a strong HR brand to attract top iGaming professionals.
  • Partner with leadership to align HR strategy with fast business growth.
  • Lead talent acquisition for diverse functions: product, tech, marketing, creative.
  • Implement HR systems and tools for scalable, data-driven operations.
  • Design L&D initiatives to boost team expertise and leadership pipeline.
  • Ensure compliance with employment regulations across multiple geographies.
  • Mentor and grow the HR team, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of HR leadership experience.
  • Proven track record in building or scaling HR processes in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong knowledge of international HR practices and compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with HR systems, recruitment tools, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Fluency in Russian and English, with excellent communication skills.
  • Balance of strategic vision and operational execution.
