The Opportunity




They are currently seeking a Platform Engineer to join their growing engineering team. This person will play a key role in designing and building scalable, secure, and efficient internal platforms that enable fast, reliable software delivery and empower development teams. This is a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge systems and help shape the internal backbone of an ambitious tech company from the ground up.

What You'll Do
Design, implement, and maintain developer platforms and CI/CD pipelines.
Automate infrastructure provisioning and scaling using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and GitOps principles.
Drive improvements in system performance, security, and cost-efficiency.
Enhance observability and reliability through modern monitoring tools and practices.
Lead the development of self-service tooling for internal teams.
Support incident response efforts and help maintain system uptime and resilience.
Create and maintain high-quality documentation.
Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.

What They're Looking For Technical Skills
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Bash.




Hands-on experience with tools like Terraform, Ansible, MAAS, or Juju.
Experience with OpenStack or public clouds (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Strong Linux system administration background.
Familiarity with container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
Knowledge of observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, ELK).
Solid understanding of networking and cloud security principles.
Experience with Proxmox and SQL /NoSQL databases is a plus.
