A leading agricultural company is seeking a Head of Quality to develop and lead quality strategies across multiple sites. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in quality leadership within the animal feed or food industry and will mentor local quality managers. This role requires compliance with safety regulations and oversight of supplier assessments, ensuring all operations maintain high standards. With a flexible location in Europe, this position offers a competitive salary of €58,000 plus benefits that support wellbeing.

Formación

  • Must have senior-level experience in quality or technical leadership in the feed or food industry.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Develop and lead the AB Neo Quality Strategy, aligning with AB Agri goals and industry standards.
  • Ensure all sites maintain certifications and comply with EU/local feed safety and legal regulations.
  • Lead and mentor a team of Local Quality Managers, building a Total Quality culture across the business.
  • Oversee third‑party manufacturing audits and supplier assessments.
  • Standardise quality processes, documentation, and metrics across sites.
What you’ll bring:
  • Senior‑level experience in a Quality or Technical leadership role within the animal feed or food industry.
  • Experience operating in multi‑country environments.
  • Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills within a manufacturing context.
  • Solid understanding of health & safety standards and compliance.
  • Experience working with and auditing third‑party manufacturers is a plus.
  • Based in Europe – ideally Poland, Spain, UK, or Denmark.
