Formación

• Experiencia en gestión de operaciones y manejo de equipos en el sector de la hospitalidad.
• Capacidad para trabajar en el lugar en Barcelona.
• Fondo en bienes raíces es un plus.

Responsabilidades

• Supervisar las operaciones diarias de Durlet Apartments.
• Gestionar el personal y asegurar estándares de servicio.
• Desarrollar e implementar estrategias operativas y gestionar presupuestos.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Barcelona as the Head of Operations. The Head of Operations will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Durlet Apartments, including managing staff (front desk, housekeeping, cleaning,…), ensuring high standards of service and maintenance of the apartments, developing and implementing operational strategies, and managing budgets. The role also involves ensuring compliance with local regulations and improving overall efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in Operations Management and managing teams in the field of hospitality, tourism, etc
• Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Budgeting
• Ability to work on-site in Barcelona
• Background in real estate is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
