As Head of Finance, you will be the financial architect of our growth, owning the finance department, improving processes, ensuring compliance, and supporting data-driven decisions. This role combines strategic leadership with operational execution in a dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities :

Finance Leadership & Strategy :

Build and lead the finance team, act as a business partner to the CEO, oversee financial planning, KPIs, and strategic decisions.Process & Control Optimization :

Design scalable financial processes, improve workflows, and establish internal controls and risk management.Reporting & FP&A :

Manage financial reporting, develop dashboards, and provide performance insights.Accounting & Compliance :

Coordinate with external accountants, ensure accurate bookkeeping, tax filings, and audit readiness.Non-Dilutive Financing Strategy :

Explore and secure alternative financing sources, manage relationships with lenders, and prepare financial materials for funding.Requirements :

• 3-4+ years experience in financial audit, startups, or high-growth environments.Strong FP&A, reporting, and accounting background.Experience managing finance operations and understanding local tax standards (IFRS, GAAP).Knowledge of ERP platforms like Sage is valued.Experience with intercompany transactions is a plus.English proficiency at B2 or higher.Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills;
• BI tools experience is a plus.Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills;
