A leading luxury fashion house in Spain seeks a Head of Compliance to lead compliance and risk management efforts. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in risk management, strong knowledge of legal standards, and excellent bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish. The role requires collaboration across departments and managing interdisciplinary teams to ensure compliance with regulations and promote ethical conduct throughout the organization.

Formación

• 15+ years of experience in compliance and risk management, preferably in manufacturing sectors.
• Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish; French or Italian is a plus.
