A dynamic digital platform in Barcelona is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to enhance user acquisition and retention strategies. To make this vision a reality, we’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to drive user acquisition and retention, ensuring more people discover and keep returning to the events they love. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for designing, testing, executing, and optimizing strategies that drive customer acquisition and retention. This is a hands‑on, data‑driven role that blends analytics, lifecycle marketing, and paid acquisition into one mission: delivering sustainable B2C growth.
