Formación

About the role

As a Global Payroll Specialist, you’ll play a key role in shaping seamless HR operations, managing payroll, employee data, and benefits, all while ensuring compliance and enhancing the employee experience.

Impact
  • Run monthly payroll for Spain, France, UK, and Germany, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and on-time delivery.
  • Coordinate payroll with EOR partners in the US and APAC.
  • Validate monthly payroll inputs (hires, exits, changes, variables, benefits, leaves).
  • Reconcile payroll data, resolve discrepancies, and manage employee payroll queries.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor regulations, tax requirements, and social security obligations.
  • Manage relationships and SLAs with payroll vendors and EOR partners.
  • Keep HRIS and payroll data accurate and up to date.
  • Support Finance with payroll reports, audits, and month-end processes.
  • Continuously improve payroll processes and documentation.
You would be great fitif you have:
  • Experience in HR operations and payroll, ideally for 200+ employees in Spain and France
  • Skilled in payroll cycle management, bonuses, leave tracking, and reporting.
  • Proficient with HRIS, payroll tools (e.g., Personio, PayFit), and Google Sheets.
  • Expertise in improving HR processes.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, French is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws in Spain and France; familiarity with other European and US laws is an advantage.
