• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in Automotive or battery cell manufacturing.
• Experience with new product introduction (NPI) process.
• Fluency in English; other European languages a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee development, integration, and delivery of battery cell projects.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, ensuring timeline achievement.
• Serve as primary liaison between the company and OEM partners.
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
