A global leader in sustainable transportation is seeking an Electric Vehicle Charger Escalation Team member in Barcelona. This role involves monitoring EV charging stations, managing technical issues, and collaborating with global stakeholders. Candidates should have advanced English skills, be fluent in French and German, and have experience with MS Office, especially Excel. The position offers a dynamic environment focused on sustainability and teamwork.

Formación

• Proven experience in a technical role dealing with escalations.
• Ability to mentor and support team members.
• Strong analytical skills to monitor and report on performance.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor performance of EV charging stations and identify technical issues.
• Process alarms, trouble tickets, and purchase orders.
• Serve as a point of contact for field customers experiencing technical problems.
• Maintain detailed records of issues and resolutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient issue resolution.

Conocimientos

Knowledge of advanced English at CEFR level B2 / C1

Experience with MS Office, particularly MS Excel

Fluent in French

Fluent in German
