Reporting directly to the Chief of Human Resources Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring that all human resources activities are aligned with the company’s financial and strategic objectives. You will act as a bridge between Corporate HR, local HR, and Corporate Finance, focusing on cost efficiency, compliance, and workforce analytics.
Proven knowledge and experience in controlling of a minimum of 3-4 years; finance auditor experience is valuable.
Proven experience in developing strategic concepts for personnel controlling and the rollout of project implementation.
Corporate experience is considered added value.
Bachelor's Degree in Economics or similar.
Fluent in Business English.
Experience with HRIS–ERP and Finance SAP.
Excellent level of Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft tools.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
Ability to act as a key user for processes and systems related to personnel costs and headcount.
Location: The position is based in Barcelona.
You will have the opportunity to build the Operations and Controlling Function for HR from scratch.
You will lead presentations for key senior stakeholders within the group.
The role requires a mobility availability of 5-10%.
