Overview

German-Speaking Customer Service – Travel Sector — Madrid, Spain

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and emails in German (80%) and English (20%).
• Assist customers with issues related to their credit cards and transactions.
• Provide clear, professional, and solution-oriented support.

Contract & Location

Permanent contract (with a 2-month trial period). Based in Madrid, Spain.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday, between 9:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. (split shift).
• 39 hours per week, with one rotating day per week.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: €23,500 gross annually (€22,000 base + €1,500 Sign-On Bonus).
• Training is fully paid and included in the contract.

Training

Start date: 3 November 2025. Monday–Thursday: 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. Friday: 9:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
