Location: Barcelona, Spain (Hybrid) Salary: €24,310 gross/year + up to €3,000 annual bonus Hours: 39 hours per week, Monday–Friday

About the Client

Our client is a global outsourcing partner working with major international brands. They are expanding their multilingual team in the vibrant city of Barcelona.

The Role

As a German‑speaking Digital Marketing Specialist, you will provide expert guidance to business clients on their online advertising campaigns in the DACH region. You’ll manage a portfolio of new business clients, develop customized campaign strategies, and help them optimize their PPC advertising performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on digital advertising solutions and campaign strategy
• Manage a portfolio of business clients across the DACH region
• Handle a high volume of potential clients daily via phone and email
• Analyze data to measure performance and provide actionable insights
• Work toward individual and team sales targets
• Collaborate with colleagues to drive customer success and satisfaction

Requirements

• Fluency in German and a good command of English
• Previous experience in sales and/or digital marketing
• Strong analytical skills
• Be able to work in a target‑driven environment

Offer

• Permanent full‑time contract
• Competitive salary of €24,310 gross/year + €3,000 annual bonus
