Senior Producer

The Senior Producer executes the creative vision of the Head of Media Network for their market. They develop and execute individual content pieces and work closely with the Programming and Communications teams to meet audience objectives and business needs. The Senior Producer collaborates with the local creative community to develop and produce content focused on strategic long-form, live formats and manages the most strategic projects. They are also responsible for research & development of new long, short, and serialized content formats. Their goal is to create content that reaches and engages key local audiences.

Responsibilities

• Innovative content creation: Develops and produces high-quality content aligned with brand values and standards; executes productions from concept to delivery; identifies new story angles and content opportunities.
• Community building: Maintains a network of companies, professionals, agencies, and partners; collaborates with top production partners and talent to deliver quality content.
• Media strategy: Works with international Red Bull TV Live producers during live events; collaborates with international producers to ensure project transparency and timelines.
• Budget control: Manages project budgets in line with Red Bull Media House guidelines.

Experience and Knowledge

• Proven experience as a Producer or Executive Producer with a track record of developing world-class content.
• 7+ years of media experience, preferably in TV production, commissioning, or similar fields like factual entertainment, documentary, or live programs.
• Recent experience with major TV networks or top-tier production companies, managing multiple productions and budgets.
• Familiarity with the regional and international content markets and relationships within the local creative community.
• Broad knowledge of media production methods for creation and delivery.
• Positive, solution-oriented attitude with excellent organizational and communication skills.
• University degree in Communications, Journalism, Film Studies, or similar.
• Fluency in English.

Travel requirement: 25%. This position is permanent.
