The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP HR and euHReka, responsible for optimizing client processes and providing training. SAP HCM Consultant - German Payroll
Location: Spain

Role

They have extensive knowledge and experience in at least one module of SAP HR and euHReka. They are responsible to guarantee the correct operation of the applications and a level of optimal performance. They actively participate in training and knowledge transfer, and collaborate with STRADA teams to determine the optimal solution for Human Resources.


Responsibilities


  • Performs the analysis of current client business processes, using the functional knowledge of SAP & euHReka platforms, and the laws of different countries to optimize the service

  • Has knowledge of one or several modules of SAP HR and euHReka, including schema knowledge (payroll, time), pre-payroll process, payroll, post-payroll, portal, etc

  • Plans the parametrization and defines business requirements

  • Monitors adaptation and parametrization of the solution to the requirements

  • Resolves complex problems related to the functional environment of the application

  • Monitors integrated testing

  • Completes the presented solution with new identified needs in the requirements gathering

  • Provides training in specialized areas for experience and knowledge transfer

  • Detects potential risk

  • Encourages the education of the people in the team

  • Has a global view of the application from the functional point of view

  • Maintains differential knowledge and a commitment to continuous updating

  • Ensures proper implementation of the solution in Development, Test and Production environments

  • Solves complex problems related to the application environment using functional knowledge of system parameters and country legislation

  • Acts as a functional reference to one or more SAP HR and euHReka areas

  • Able to take decisions autonomously
