What Can You Expect?

As a Full Stack Architect / Senior Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant, you will be part of a high-profile, multidisciplinary team working on strategic applications for Commercial Insurance. Your mission is to deliver global solutions supporting Zurich Resilience Solutions and Risk Underwriting Property best practices.

Your responsibilities include:

• Leading the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and compliant solutions for large-scale organizations.
• Collaborating with architects, business analysts, project managers, developers, and operations teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Providing expert guidance on functional and non-functional requirements.
• Overseeing the full project lifecycle, including architecture, development, deployment, and support.
• Engaging in technical leadership, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.
• Ensuring adherence to IT architectural standards, security policies, and governance.
• Supporting DevOps practices, system performance optimization, and resolving production issues.
• Contributing to project planning, budgeting, and quality assurance.
• Working alongside experts in various technological domains.
• Enhancing your skills through real-world experience.
• Contributing to a team that values your input and creativity.

What Makes You a Great Fit?

We’re not seeking perfection or expecting you to save the world, but if you meet some of these requirements, you'll be a fantastic fit:

• 3+ years of experience in large, multifaceted organizations, ideally in the insurance sector.
• Strong track record in designing and delivering full-stack solutions.

Platform & Database Experience:

• Deep experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Dynamics 365 (CRM), Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate).
• Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, CosmosDB.

Technical Proficiency:

• Expertise in application architecture and design.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript / TypeScript.
• Knowledge of frontend frameworks (React preferred, Angular, Vue), modern CSS (Bootstrap, Tailwind), and backend development.

Cloud, DevOps & Integration:

• Strong knowledge of Azure services (Service Bus, Event Grid, App Services, Azure Functions, etc.).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization.

Methodologies & Best Practices:

• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Participating in code reviews, technical discussions, and knowledge sharing.
• Adherence to security, governance, and architectural standards.

Collaboration & Communication:

• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strong customer focus and end-to-end delivery mindset.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); Spanish and German are a plus.

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant technical field.
