Responsibilities
  • Review user-generated content to ensure compliance with guidelines.
  • Monitor platforms for inappropriate or harmful material and take necessary actions.
  • Collaborate with teams to improve moderation strategies and ensure a safe user environment.
Requirements
  • C2 level of French and advanced English.
  • Strong affinity for social media, goal-driven and proactive.
  • Content moderation, customer service, or contact center experience is a plus.
  • Mandatory : Completed studies (ESO / High School or higher).

Benefits
