Description:

We are seeking a native French-speaking accountant. The main task will be to train our customers in the use of the accounting module of our software.

You will also be involved in improving our accounting module by helping to identify developments that enable our users to better analyze their business and make better decisions.

Daily duties include:

1. Training and assisting customers on the accounting module of our software.
2. Resolving tickets related to accounting, invoicing, and management reporting modules.
3. Gathering customer feedback and helping improve the module by identifying weak points and analyzing competitors.

What are we looking for?

• Native French speaker
• Good level of English and Spanish
• Accounting background, preferably in the real estate sector
• Proactive and positive attitude

• Knowledge of our products is a plus

• Training in business administration, accounting, finance, or similar
