Job Description:

About the role:

You will be responsible for financial planning, analysis, and monitoring within the Ferrovial Energy Division, ensuring budget alignment and compliance with corporate procedures. Your insights will support accurate reporting and informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of consolidated reporting for Ferrovial Energy businesses (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Portfolio, management information and tracking KPIs, closing presentations, etc.), in accordance with the requirements of the Finance Department.
  • Cleansing and analysis of monthly financial information and plan vs. actual variance analysis.
  • Preparation of Budgets and Forecasts in coordination with the Business Units and the Management Control Department.
  • Preparation of other closing reports such as Customer Monitoring (debt, collections, defaults) or CAPEX.
  • Financial support to the various Business Units, facilitating coordination between departments and geographies.
  • Active participation in system integration and the implementation of new applications and additional functionalities within the Energy Division.
  • Support in Financial Audits and preparation of Annual Accounts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Management, with strong knowledge of accounting and financial statement analysis.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an economic-administrative context.
  • Advanced knowledge and experience in SAP FI, CO – Required.
  • Expert user of Excel and PowerPoint – Required.
  • Experience in system integration and participation in projects – Valuable.
  • English: High level (C1).
