Position: Financial Analyst Accountant

You will contribute to reliable and accurate financial statements by assisting with the execution of financial, operational, and compliance reviews globally.

You will also play a key role in developing reports, tracking review findings, ensuring follow-up on management actions, and assisting in the preparation of the annual risk assessment.

Team and Collaboration

You will work within a diverse, dynamic, and international team, gaining exposure across organizational levels and departments. You will support and partner with Corporate Finance, local finance teams, Shared Services, and other functions such as Internal Audit, Compliance, and Operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare testing templates (journal entries, account reconciliations, etc.) for the team.
• Extract populations, select samples, and prepare support documentation.
• Update dashboards, monitor management action plans, and responses for timely completion.
• Track, monitor, and provide updates on various tasks and results.
• Collaborate with stakeholders worldwide to promote and monitor compliance with company policies.
• Solve problems creatively and efficiently to avoid delays during execution.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or accounting; accounting certifications (e.g., CPA, MBA, CIMA, ACCA) are preferred.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in accounting and financial controlling, preferably within a large multinational or the Big Four firms.
• Working knowledge of US GAAP; SOX knowledge is a plus.
• Native or advanced proficiency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
• Highly proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel; skilled in Word and PowerPoint.
