Finance Management Trainee

We’re looking for someone eager to build. At Enso, the Finance department is in full “maker” mode: there’s a lot to create, automate, and scale. About You

• You have a builder’s mindset: you see a manual process and think, “How can I automate this?”
• You’re comfortable with numbers: you enjoy modelling, comparing scenarios, and making data speak.
• You’re passionate about the startup world and learning every day, with autonomy and responsibility.
• You’re a tech lover: confident with advanced spreadsheets and curious about no-code / low-code tools.
• You’re motivated to work closely with Management and see your work influence real decisions.
• Fluent in English & Spanish.

What You’ll Do

Models & Expansion

• Build and maintain financial models (P&L, cash flow, unit economics) to support our international growth.
• Create projections and “what-if” scenarios (pricing, occupancy, cities, costs) and propose actionable insights.

Automation & Data

• Map out manual team processes (reconciliations, reports, month-end closings) and convert them into automations.
• Build KPI dashboards (occupancy, CAC / LTV, margins per asset / city) for Marketing, Operations, and Management.

Operations & Continuous Improvement

• Support typical Finance tasks (invoicing, reconciliations, expense control) with a mindset for improvement—whether they remain manual depends on you.
• Document processes and contribute to the Finance playbook to help the department grow strong.
