Formación

Requirements
  • Education : Bachelor's degree in Finance / Logistics / Economics / STEM
  • Experience : 3+ years in a data analytical role, working with high data volumes , such as FP&A, Controlling, Production Planning, Logistics Planning, Material Planning, Sales Analytics, etc. Nice to have : sectoral experience in Logistics, E-commerce, or Manufacturing.
  • Skills :
  • Data analytics : at ease working with high data volume; identifies trends, variations, and reasons for those
  • Financial reporting : working experience with P&L for a production / e-commerce company
  • Forecasting / budgeting : experience with financial planning / forecasting
Software
  • Advanced Excel; nice-to-have BI tools (Power BI, etc.)
  • Other software : working experience of ERP (especially Sales, Warehouse, Finance & Accounting modules)
Details
  • The role is a remote position, with a 40-hour workweek, flexible working hours, and occasional overlap with the US team.
Responsibilities
  • Regular reporting: Sales report – prepare weekly sales & GM report; analysis of variances
  • Regular reporting: Stock coverage report – prepare a weekly analysis of stock coverage
  • Regular reporting: Cashflow file – maintain weekly forecast
  • Regular reporting: Cost review by area – prepare monthly files by dept.; flag deviation from budget & rolling forecast
  • Financial Planning & Analysis: Prepare ad hoc financial analyses & models; areas: sales & GM analytics, stock coverage (MRP), cost analysis
