A leading biotech company in Madrid is seeking a skilled and customer-oriented technician to provide both onsite and remote service support. In this role, you will troubleshoot and maintain systems, ensuring optimal performance. You will also be responsible for training colleagues on NGS sequencing systems and developing service documentation. A Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, along with proven experience in servicing electro-mechanical systems, is required. Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.

Formación

• Proven experience in servicing electro-mechanical systems, with medical devices preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot and maintain systems ensuring optimal performance.
• Collaborate with teams to enhance service quality and customer experience.
• Provide technical phone support and assistance to customers.
• Train colleagues and partners on NGS sequencing system maintenance.
• Develop and update service instruction documentation.

Conocimientos

Outstanding customer service skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Competency in Microsoft Office applications

Educación

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Science, or related field
