Regional Sales Manager
This role focuses on enhancing customer satisfaction, dealer compliance, and operational excellence through strategic coordination and direct engagement with dealers.
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and continuous improvement of dealer sales services within their region. This includes building sales plans with the dealers, negotiating annual / quarterly / monthly sales targets with dealers, local planning with dealer vehicles, handling administrative tasks such as weekly reports, forecasts, or sales plans, managing the CRM system and sales reports, visiting dealers and promoting sales, developing awareness for the OMODA brand in the area, collaborating with other departments to boost the sales in the country, supporting leasing and fleet team in potential key client\'s portfolio management and development, and supporting networks development teams in dealer development.
