This role involves acting as the primary contact for associates and providing guidance to managers on associate relations and performance management.

• Manage daily HR activities, including onboarding / offboarding, associate records, HRIS maintenance, and payroll coordination.
• Ensure consistent implementation and adherence to policies and procedures across the region.
• Provide coaching and guidance to managers on associate relations, performance management, and development.

• Act as the primary point of contact for associates and managers across European countries.
• Manage daily HR activities, including onboarding / offboarding, associate records, HRIS maintenance, and payroll coordination (in partnership with vendors).
• Ensure consistent implementation and adherence to policies and procedures across the region.
• Provide coaching and guidance to managers on associate relations, performance management, and development.
