Overview

The University of Hong Kong invites applications for the captioned post. Work type: Full-time. Department: Faculty of Social Sciences. Categories: Executive / Technical / Support. Location: Hong Kong.

Duties and Responsibilities

The appointee works in the Jockey Club “Peace and Awareness” Mindfulness Culture in Schools Initiative (JC PandA) under the Faculty of Social Sciences. He/She will provide administrative and logistical support with major tasks including:

  • Smooth operation of the Jockey Club “Peace and Awareness” Mindfulness Culture in Schools Initiative
  • Monitor the timeline of the project deliverables
  • Act as a secretary in major meetings
  • Complete non-academic reports
  • Liaison and coordination with different stakeholders
  • Organisation of public education activities
  • Any other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • A Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 3 years’ relevant work experience
  • A good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese & Putonghua)
  • IT proficiency (including MS Word and MS Excel)
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to multi-task and be attentive to details
