A multilingual content agency in Catalunya is seeking an Enterprise Sales Manager to drive relationships with key customers and optimize the sales process through AI and automation. The role requires 5+ years in business development, a solid understanding of marketing, and fluency in English. The ideal candidate will lead strategic initiatives within EMEA and collaborate across teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

Formación

Overview

We are looking for an enterprise sales manager to join our global growth team, to bring focus to building relationships with key customers, through prospecting, private events, social strategies and implementing AI and Automation into the sales process.

Responsibilities
  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify, research, and prospect a pipeline of high-potential enterprise advertisers and brands across the EMEA region that can benefit from our translation and creative adaptation services.
  • Relationship Building: Forge and nurture strategic relationships with key decision-makers within creative, media, and marketing agencies, positioning our agency as a trusted partner for their clients' localization needs.
  • End-to-End Pipeline Management: Work with product, channel, and sales teams, to project manage opportunities from initial contact, through to proposal and pitches, contract closure and upselling.
  • Consultative Selling: Understand client business needs and challenges related to global marketing and localization, and develop tailored solutions that draw on our services, technology systems and resourcing structures.
  • European Growth Strategy: Take part ownership of the European growth strategy, working with APAC, LATAM and GCC Growth leads towards a centralised global commercial growth target.
  • Technology & Scalability: Implement, manage, and optimize sales tools and technologies (e.g., CRM, sales automation platforms) to streamline the sales process, improve efficiency, and support future growth.
  • Market & Competitor Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and positioning to create a competitive edge.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, project management, and creative teams to ensure a seamless client experience and the successful delivery of projects.
Required Skills
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years experience in a business development or sales role, within a translation, e-commerce, digital marketing, or a creative/brand agency background.
  • Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of the advertising, marketing, and creative industries, with an appreciation for the complexities of global campaigns and content localization
  • Strategic Thinking: The ability to think strategically, and develop bespoke proposals for clients which assist their international expansion strategies
  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship management skills for internal and external.
  • Technology Proficiency: Experience with modern sales tools and CRM systems, and an interest in leveraging AI technology to drive sales efficiency.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English is essential. Proficiency in another major European language (e.g., French, German, Spanish) is an advantage.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or Languages.
