We’re looking for a Solutions Consultant, Hotels to help scale our presence in the hospitality space. In this high-impact role, you’ll work directly with hotel groups and operators - guiding them from the first sales conversation through onboarding and long-term success with PriceLabs.

You’ll be joining our global Solutions Consulting team with a specific mandate: scaling the hotel segment. This involves leading sales conversations, helping clients implement the product effectively, and ensuring their long-term success. We seek someone who thrives on outbound sales, understands hotel operations, and is excited to build this vertical from the ground up. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of hotel operations, a passion for sales, and a drive to scale a fast-growing vertical.

This role is for individuals residing in Europe, preferably from France, Spain, or Portugal, with a valid work permit.

What you’ll do :

  1. Proactively drive new business within the hotel segment by sourcing, engaging, and converting prospective clients. This is a hands-on sales role with a strong outbound focus.
  2. Manage the full sales lifecycle for hotel clients, from outreach and demos to onboarding, implementation, and early results.
  3. Guide hotel partners in adopting PriceLabs effectively to realize revenue impact and maintain engagement.
  4. Build strong relationships with hotel operators and management groups, serving as their trusted advisor.
  5. Identify opportunities to grow accounts, increase adoption, and support client success.
  6. Collaborate with Sales Ops and Growth teams to refine messaging, outreach, and go-to-market strategies for the hotel segment.
  7. Share insights from the field to improve offerings for hotel clients.

Who are we looking for?

  • 4+ years of experience in hotel sales or hospitality tech, with a good understanding of hotel decision-makers and tech solutions like RMS, channel managers, or booking engines.
  • Native Spanish or French proficiency preferred, with fluency in English.
  • Strong sales skills, enjoy connecting and understanding client needs, and creating long-term value.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to build trust and credibility.
  • Analytical mindset with data-driven approach to support revenue growth.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, stay organized, and collaborate effectively.
  • Curious, eager to learn, and interested in building new solutions and processes.
