Main Purpose

We are looking for an IT Project Manager with Finance ERP integration experience. In this role, you will lead sophisticated and multifaceted IT projects, in particular the migration and implementation of our new finance ERP. You will be responsible from start to finish for the successful execution of our projects, crafting the ERP landscape of tomorrow.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the migration of ERP projects with a focus on the financial area.
• Actively lead project risks and issues.
• Partner with team members at different ranks.
• Advise internal clients on project challenges.
• Lead international project teams.
• Project planning, controlling, and reporting.
• Plan personnel deployment for different project phases.
• Ensure information flow and that solutions meet high quality standards.
• Identify and fully document processes used to resolve recurring issues.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities / Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, business informatics, or a similar field. Applicants with equivalent experience are encouraged to apply.
• Proven experience in leading IT projects for the financial department.
• ERP (Finance and treasury) knowledge is required.
• Experience in global organizations and success in Finance ERP migrations.
• Knowledge of migration tools, network infrastructure, and security / compliance requirements.
• Excellent partner management, leadership, analytical abilities, and experience with sophisticated projects.
• Proactive, a good listener, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a constantly evolving and fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks concurrently.
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Ownership of issues reported by functional users until complete resolution, coordinating with multiple teams as needed.
• Ability to engage customers with varying levels of technical and business knowledge.
• Proficient in English.
